How much?
For the first three hires to a company, I charge one monthly salary + your post-sale feedback.
To calculate it, take the annual budget that you have for the role, and divide it by 12.
And your post-sale review? Priceless.
How long is the warranty?
6 months from the starting date.
A warranty means that, if a person I recommended decides to leave your company within the time period, I will find another employee for that role or give the money back that you spent on my recruitment service fee.
Can I extend the warranty?
Yes - you can extend by up to 12 months.
For the first 6 months, the cost for each month is 1% of the annual salary. For the other 6, the cost for each month is 3% of the annual salary.
You can decide if you want to extend the warranty until the start date. Standard warranty lasts for 6 months, and is included in my recruitment fee already.
I chose the extended warranty, and the candidate left within the warranty period. What happens now?
I will either find you a new candidate, or reimburse you my recruitment fee.
I am not going to reimburse you the money you spent on the extended warranty.
What you want to do with my feedback?
I want to display it on my page & my LinkedIn, along with your name, photo, position at the company, and a link to your LinkedIN profile.
I just want you to find me 5 relevant candidates, no need for the warranty. Is that possible?
Yes - the cost is 3 000 Euros, but you don't have the warranty.
And I will still like you to write me a post-sales feedback!
I need your help with <other recruitment related service>. Do you do that?
Yes - pitch me the idea, and I will come up with the price.
We do other pricing schemes at my company. Are you open to listening?
Yes - let me know, and I will let you know if it's acceptable.
